Herman Risk Management and its partners will perform a detailed analysis of your current equipment maintenance situation and develop a customized program demonstrating significant cost savings and incorporating all necessary administrative support elements.

To develop a proposal outlining what we can do for you, we will follow our proven process:
  • Organize your current service scenario using our Equipment Template 
  • Identify contracts expiring over the next 8 to 12 months
  • Obtain copies of your current maintenance contracts with terms and conditions
  • Annual usage for equipment subject to utilization charge (i.e. copiers, x-ray tubes, etc.)
